Our Smarter Outdoor division consists of a variety of solutions that provide motion detection (SmarterFence), surveillance (SmarterCam), and remote video verification (SmarterDVR). In remote locations that require a self-powered, all-in-one mobile surveillance unit, SmarterSentry is ideal. Smarter Outdoor solutions are designed to intelligently integrate with one another to provide complete protection for sites. Our products have been used to stop copper theft, secure utility plants, and grant perimeter protection to both commercial sites and private property.

SmarterSentry

SmarterSentry is an extremely reliable, durable, and quiet mobile surveillance unit. Powerful cameras, a robust DVR, propane power for up to a 30-day runtime, various communications systems, such as cellular and satellite, are all mounted on a rugged trailer.

Designed to go anywhere and easy to set up, SmarterSentry is the perfect solution for securing remote outdoor assets or for temporary surveillance needs.

SmarterFence

SmarterFence is an intrusion detection system based on field-proven fiber optic technology. It reliably detects intruders attempting to cut, climb, or crawl under the perimeter security fence.

Designed for a variety of fence fabrics and gates, SmarterFence can also be used to protect walls and roofs. The ability to tune out a variety of environmental nuisances makes SmarterFence a cost-effective solution for perimeter protection.

SmarterBeam

SmarterBeam is an outdoor motion detector based on reliable passive infrared technology. It detects people walking, running or crawling through the protected area and is engineered to perform in rain, fog, cold, and snow.

SmarterBeam is available in two models. The standard model protects a narrow area for distances up to 500 feet. The Wide Angle has a fan out coverage pattern 100 feet wide and 90 feet long.

SmarterDVR

SmarterDVR is a line of outdoor DVR products that capture video for the purposes of real-time video verification. SmarterDVR 250 is designed for facilities where many cameras are installed and power is available. It can record up to 1TB of video and allows remote viewing of live or recorded video.

SmarterDVR 150 is designed to secure small areas. It is ready-to-go, complete with still and video cameras, a motion detector, and battery power.

SmarterCam

SmarterCam is a line of active infrared cameras designed for outdoor security applications. SmarterCam IR is a fixed camera with a varifocal lens. It offers a wide view and has an IR range of 150 feet for night vision.

SmarterCam PTZ provides a continuous 360° view and has a 36x zoom capability. The IR range of 300 feet provides superior night vision.
